Last weekend was the first two games of the bowling season for Phear Park Bowling Club.
The weather was nice and sunny and the green is playing very well for the time of the year.
The first game played was against Belmont, which PPBC lost by one shot - 61 to 62, and all rinks played well.

The second game of the weekend was a trip to Honiton where PPBC were given a warm welcome once again.
A nice day, but a little cold as they lost this game also by one shot - 49 to 50.
