West Margaret, Gill and Simon would like to thank all friends and neighbours for their kind wishes, the many cards and letters of sympathy received, and for the generous donations made to Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare in memory of Steve. Thanks also to all who attended the service to celebrate his life. Special thanks to Dr. Nigel Johnston, doctors, nurses and staff of Claremont Medical Practice. To Lesley, Kay, Lynne and Frances of Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare for all their care over the past six years, and to the nurses from Marie Curie, Saga and the Hospital in the Home team.
