COLLINS RUTH FRANCES. Ruth passed away peacefully in hospital on 23rd December 2021. Wife of the late Kenneth (John) Collins, much loved mother to Elizabeth and loving grandmother to Emma & Catherine. Funeral service to be held at St Paul’s Chapel, Exeter Crematorium on Friday 14th January at 2pm. Family flowers only please but donations if desired by retiring collection to Seachange.
