COWLING DAVID ARTHUR. Passed away following a determined fight, on Monday, 18th November, 2019 aged 72 years. Much loved father and grandfather of Anthony, Helen, Aidan, Jade, Oliver, Michael, Annie and Angel. Funeral service to be held at the East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on Wednesday, 4th December, at 2.30pm.
