PHILLIPPS JOHN OWEN. Passed away at home on 23rd August 2018, aged 97 years. Much loved husband to the late Mary, and father to Peter and Jim. Adored grandfather to Rachel and Robert, and great-grandfather to Margot. Funeral to take place at East Devon Crematorium, on Monday 10th September at 2:30pm.
