SPENCER-BROWN FRANK passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 19th July 2018, aged 90 years. Beloved husband of Margaret and much loved Dad of Philip, David & Christine. Service of thanksgiving at East Devon Crematorium, Whimple on MONDAY 6th AUGUST at 10.45AM. Family flowers only please, but donations if wished to The Salvation Army at the service or c/o J F Clarke & Son, Lyme Road, Axminster, EX13 5BE.
