Weeks Alan passed away at Derriford Hospital on 30th April 2017 aged 75 years. Loving husband of Pat, devoted dad to Debbie and Karen (deceased). Adored grandad of Matthew, Sarah and Bethany. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 30th May at St. Peter’s Chapel Exeter & Devon Crematorium at 1.15 p.m. Family flowers only, donations if desired will be for The Medic Alert Foundation or Cancer Research UK and can be given by retiring collection or a cheque to the chosen charity sent c/o Palmers Funeralcare, 45 High Street, Budleigh Salterton EX9 6LE
