Griffiths Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 6th April 2017 at the RD&E, aged 71 years. Much loved wife of Fred, proud & loving mum of Steven, Dawn and Dean. Adored nan of Zoe, Ben, Hayden and Danielle. Proud great grandmother of Lacey and Jack.
