Wendy Thorpe After a brave 5 year battle against cancer Wendy passed away peacefully on November 15th. An amazingly courageous lady and an inspiration to us all. She will be sorely missed but now pain free and at peace. Loving wife of John, mum to Mellissa and Amelia, and outlaw to Paul and Jay! Devoted granny to Phoebe, Mikey, Annabel and Hattie. A much loved daughter, daughter-in-law, sister, sister-inlaw and auntie. True friend and granny to many more. At Wendys personal request, we ask that colours be worn to celebrate her life at the funeral which will be held at Exeter & Devon Crematorium on Tuesday November 29th at 2.00pm. Family flowers only, donations if you desire for Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare and Exeter and District Hospice may be given at the Service or sent to Richard W. Gegg & Sons, Funeral Directors, 47, Rolle Street, Exmouth EX8 2RS.
