Packer. On July 1st Keith sadly but peacefully passed away after a long battle with Cancer. A dearly loved husband, dad and grandad. Funeral Service Withycombe Parish Church Wednesday July 20th at 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in his memory for Exeter & District Hospice may be sent to Richard W.
