DORKINGS William Bill. Passed away at Sheridan House on 22nd February 2016 aged 96. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday 9th March at Exeter & Devon Crematorium, St Pauls Chapel 12 noon. Family flowers only.
