WEEKS Karen, aged 42. Suddenly, but peacefully at home on 18th August 2015. A very much loved daughter of Alan and Pat, devoted mum of Bethany and sister to Debbie and family. Her funeral service will take place Thursday 3rd September at 1.15pm in St. Peters Chapel, Exeter & Devon Crematorium. Bright colours requested. Family flowers only please but a donation, if desired, may be given by retiring collection or cheque payable to British Diabetic Association or R.D. & E. Foundation Trust General Charity (to benefit the Kidney Unit) & sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 45 High St, Budleigh Salterton EX9 6LE
