Fulcher Arthur William Passed away peacefully on 26th October 2014. Loving father of Douglas, will be sadly missed by all that knew him. Funeral service will be held at the Exeter & Devon Crematorium, St. Peters Chapel, on Friday 7th November at 4.15 p.m. Donations if desired to: The R D & E General Charity by retiring collection or can be sent c/o: Paul Shoobridge, Shoobridge Funeral Services, 183 Pinhoe Road, Exeter.
