ONLEY John died peacefully at home aged 83. Beloved and loving husband of Maria, father of Michael, Nicholas, Richard and Rebecca, grandfather of Sophie, Reuben and Oscar, brother of Margaret, Ruth and Freda. John was a gifted teacher, actor, and artist, a dedicated environmentalist, and a lifelong humanitarian. A Celebration of his life will be held on Thursday 2nd October at 1.00pm at the East Devon Crematorium, Whimple EX5 2PT. Family flowers only and no black please. Donations in lieu to Exmouth and Lympstone Hospiscare, or Medecins sans Frontieres, may be sent to Richard W. Gegg & Sons, Funeral Directors, 47, Rolle Street, Exmouth. EX8 2RS.
