Chapman. Bill, 93 years passed peacefully at the R.D.& E. Hospital on 3rd September 2014. He will be sadly missed by all his family. Funeral service to take place at East Devon Crematorium on Tuesday 16th September at 1.45pm. Family flowers only, donations, if desired, may be by retiring collection or cheque to “Friends of Woodbury Surgery” may be sent c/o Palmers Funeral Service, 43 Rolle St, Exmouth EX8 2RS
