SKINNER. William ( Bill ). Passed away peacefully at home on March 11th aged 94. Dearly loved Husband to the late Joyce, much loved Dad to Brian, Trevor, Peter, Linda, Tracey and families. Devoted Grandad and Great Grandad. Funeral service will be held at Exeter & Devon Crematorium St Peters Chapel on Wednesday 26th March 2014 at 12.15 p.m. Family flowers only.
