PARSONS. Roy Keith. Born, Barnstaple on 31st August 1925. Passed away peacefully at Wangaratta Hospital in Australia on 19th February 2014. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Dot) Ethel, father of Keith, Aubrey, Juliet and Marie, brother to Kelso Derrick Parsons.
