WHITELEY Geoffrey Major (ret'd) Royal Marines.Corbridge, Northumberland. Pauline said her goodbyes as Geoffrey slipped away from everyone who loves him so very much on the 10th November, 2022 aged 85 years, after a long fight with cancer which was borne with great courage and dignity. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend. The funeral will take place at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle upon Tyne on Friday 25th November, 2022 at 12.00 midday. Family flowers only, donations in lieu can be made if desired to the Royal Marine's Association. The family do not wish black to be worn for this celebration of Geoffrey's life. Thank you for all the lovely cards and letters of condolence received, and still by Pauline and her family.
