MORLEY It is with great sadness that the family of Mrs FRANCES ELIZABETH MORLEY announces her passing on Thursday March 30th. Frances passed away peacefully at South Garth Care Home Exmouth aged 91. Beloved Mother to Keith and Phillip, she will be much missed by all who knew her. The Funeral will be held at Exeter and Devon Crematorium Topsham Road Exeter @ 11am on Thursday 27th April 2023 with anyone who wishes to attend invited.
