Planning permission has been submitted to site nine new static caravans at Sandy Bay Holiday Park.
Devon Cliffs Holiday Centre at Sandy Bay has submitted plans to East Devon District Council to remove storage containers and install bases for the siting of static caravans.
The application also includes decking, with access, car parking, hard and soft landscaping and associated infrastructure works.’
According to the planning documents, there will be nine bases for the seating of nine static caravans and a new 16 bay car park. Seven new car parking spaces will be created at Beech Walk.
A hedge between the South West Coast Path and the sewage works will also be updated to accommodate the mew caravans.
The application will be discussed by Exmouth Town Council’s planning committee before the final decision is made by East Devon District Council.
