Open Door, in Church Street, Exmouth has started a new weekly Craft Café session.
It takes place every Tuesday from 10 am – 12.30 pm at the Open Door Cafe, Church Street Exmouth, EX8 1PE. They describe themselves as a friendly group which is open to all.
A spokesman for Open Door said: "This is the place to make new friends and learn and share art & craft skills. People can bring along their knitting, use our sewing machines or printing equipment, or just come along and see what activity is on offer each week.
"From macrame, to mosaic, painting, sewing and card making, all sorts of creativity! We are a relaxed group, full of encouragement and no pressure. You are welcome to come to the Café for a drink and a chat if crafting is not your thing. Make the most of our bargain hot drink & cake deal at just £3! We also have the Community Fridge and Baby Bank available to help those in need and fight food waste in our town.
"So if you are looking for some company or have lots of creative skills to share or perhaps you’re keen to learn something new - come along to enjoy some friendly chat, happy making and a cuppa. We’ll look forward to meeting you."
They will also be holding an Open Morning on Tuesday 12 December when you can come along for a festive drink, meet the group and see some of the amazing creativity that we get up to.
