An Exmouth café, Bayleaf, is up for sale with a guide price of £39,950.
The building, listed on Rightmove is recently refurbished 'to a high standard throughout' with a ground-floor café and bar with ancillary areas.
Inside it seats more than 25 people, with extra outside seating for 40 people. It is described as having 'great levels of year-round footfall.'
Rent is £15,000 Per Annum.
The Rightmove advert said: "In addition to its substantial summer tourism trade, Exmouth is the regional centre for leisure industries, particularly water sports such as sailing, jet-skiing and wind surfing.
