Exmouth Pride is set to apply for a new premises licence as part of its 2024 event at Manor Gardens (Alexandra Terrace).
The application will be to authorise the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, live and recorded music and dance performances.
Once submitted, it will be available to view on the Public Notice Portal.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 22, from 11am to 6.30pm, as Exmouth Pride's organisers have confirmed on Facebook.
Interested parties will be able to make representations to the licensing manager at East Devon District Council once the public notice has been submitted.
The Licensing Authority has cautioned that knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with the application is serious, carrying an unlimited maximum fine.
