Exmouth town centre is set to liven and light up this Christmas as local businesses take part in a window display competition.
Shops on Exeter Road, The Magnolia, The Parade, The Strand, High Street and Rolle Street have all been asked to get creative by the Exmouth Chamber of Commerce and decorate their shop front to highlight their business, whilst bringing a bit of magic back to the high street.
Those interested in taking part are encouraged to create thoughtful displays and, where possible, keep eco-friendly practices in mind such as: reduce, reuse and recycle.
A spokesperson for the Chamber said: "If you are interested in entering the shop window competition, all you simply have to do is decorate to your heart's content."
The displays will be judged during the week starting on Monday, December 18, with the winner to be announced shortly afterwards on the Exmouth Chamber Facebook group.
All participants are welcome to post photos of their windowfronts on the page in the run-up, to ensure maximum exposure for their business.
