Staff and residents at an Exmouth care home are celebrating their activities team to mark National Activity Providers & Professionals Week.
Raleigh Manor, which is run by Barchester Healthcare, voiced their appreciation and are applauding their commitment and effort.
National Activity Providers & Professionals Week is scheduled to take place between January 22 and January 26.
Home services advisor Louise O’Sullivan said: "It is a small gift but a big thank you for the wonderful work you do for us here."
Ms O'Sullivan gifted each team member a personalised thank you gift for going above and beyond their responsibilities.
These tireless efforts do not go unnoticed, the varied life enrichment programme keeps residents active, providing daily comprehensive physical, mental and spiritual activities tailored to individual interests and abilities.
National Activity Providers & Professionals Week is an annual event designed to spotlight activity professionals and their considerable contributions to residential homes.
The weeklong festivities allow the entire Raleigh Manor team, as well as countless others, to give thanks for the diverse and valuable work undertaken continually by their activities teams.
General manager Gill Pratt said: "It is so wonderful to be able to celebrate National Activities Providers & Professionals Week and thank our fantastic activities teams for all their hard work by organising something for them for a change!"
