The Salterton Drama Club's first production of 2024 is the classic farce Boeing Boeing, with long-term member Paul Turner making his directorial debut.
Furiously fast and full of laughs, this well-known play is set to take the audience on a flight to remember. It follows the exploits of Bernard, a French bachelor with three fiancees, all of whom are flight attendants, and his bewildered friend Robert.
When flight schedules change and Bernard’s detailed timetable falls to pieces, chaos ensues. Will the lying lothario be able to keep up this charade, or will a disaster occur? As they say: all’s well that ends well!
Boeing Boeing opens on Monday, March 4, with nightly performances at 7.30pm until Friday 8, and a final matinee performance at 2:30pm on Saturday 9.
The club said: "Tickets 'have been off to a flying start so make sure to book to avoid disappointment."
Tickets are £14 and available from www.saltertondrama.co.uk or Budleigh Information Centre 01395 445275.
