The well-known Redwing pub/restaurant in Lympstone is up for sale.
The leasehold is being offered for £39,500.
The business remains open and is is being run with a team of staff in place including three full-time chefs, a full-time general manager and some part-time employees. The owners are said to be offering the Redwing for sale 'reluctantly, due to other business commitments'.
The sale of the leasehold is being marketed by business transfer agent Stonesmith of Exeter, who describe The Redwing as 'a renowned and successful character village pub and restaurant, which is extremely well regarded'.
