Year 1 students from Exeter Road Primary School helped the Exmouth in Bloom team plant some flowers in Manchester Road.
Gemma Sperry, from Exeter Road School said that students 'had a fantastic time' planting flowers at seven planters with the Exmouth in Bloom team on Manchester Road this week.
Gemma added: "Year 1 students from Exeter Road Primary school had a fantastic time planting with the wonderful Exmouth in Bloom team, bringing vibrant life to seven planters on Manchester Road.
"Their hard work and enthusiasm did not go unnoticed, as many community members stopped by to congratulate the children on their impressive planting skills and dedication.
"It’s moments like these that truly brighten our community and bring us all closer together."
Exmouth in Bloom is an award-winning group of volunteers who celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2021. They work in partnership with the Town, District and County Councils and many local organisations to raise horticultural and environmental awareness in the community and ensure quality floral displays, all year round.
