The streets in Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton with the highest house prices have been revealed by a property company – along with those where buying a home is cheapest.

Professional fast sales company Property Solvers has tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019.

The most expensive streets in Exmouth were Rocklands, Rolle Road (average price £1,024,333), Maer Road (average £998,500) and Exeter Road (£905,000)

The cheapest streets for buying property were Imperial Road (average price £81,187), Manchester Road (£82,375) and Hometor House in Exeter Road (£83,966).

In Budleigh Salterton the most expensive streets to buy homes in were Northview Road, (average price £1,375,000), Boucher Road (£1,027,000) and Sherbrook Hill (£879,642). The lowest priced houses were in Stanley Mews (£112,196), Station Road (£183,666) and High Street (£186,862).

The average price increased by £104,561 (37.44 per cent) over the last five years and increased by £20,903 (5.76 per cent) over the last 12 months.

Over the last year, there were 409 residential property sales – a decrease of 266 transactions (-65.04 per cent) relative to the previous year. Most house sales (107) were in the £248,000 - £336,000 range. Then came properties in the £336,000 - £424,000 range, where 76 were sold within this price bracket.
