An Exmouth guest house that was put up for sale in April is now being offered at a reduced price.
Rohaven Guest House was originally on the market with a guide price of £830,000. Property agents Ware Commercial are now offering it for £745,000.
The property in Exeter Road is described as 'a fantastic 10-bedroom guest house' that could alternatively be used as a spacious family home or rented out as a a house of multiple occupation (HMO).
It has two self-contained garden lodges and a self-contained suite in the main building, as well as the guest bedrooms and the owners' quarters.
The business has been operating as a guest house, but the owner has also acquired an HMO licence, allowing them to offer long-term lets to tenants.
Ware Commercial said: "This provides a new owner with the option to continue operating as a guest house, convert to an HMO, or a combination of both. Actual trading income will be provided after a successful formal viewing."
