Exmouth's Homestead Care Home has hosted a summer fête.
Residents, families, and the community attended and took part in activities and there were stalls, tombola and a singer.
The home's manager, Clare Titley, said: "It was lovely seeing the residents enjoying themselves and having fun with their families."
One family member of a resident said: "It was wonderful seeing everyone come together and enjoy themselves.
"We are very happy with the care Mum receives here, and she has made some wonderful friends."
The care home has just started offering day care to those in the community for £60 a day, with free taster sessions available.
Ms Titley said: "We recently enjoyed a boat trip along the River Exe which was enjoyed by all."
The summer fête was made possible by donations from businesses, including So Sweet, Shell petrol station on Salterton Road, Roly’s Fudge, Hair Parade, Haven, Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Otter Valley, Tesco, and Wellbeing Pharmacy.
Ms Titley that the care home is looking forward to hosting more events like this in the future, continuing to bring joy to the community.
