Win £2m Exmouth mansion in Omaze Million Pound House Draw

Tickets for the stunning property will raise money for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) - which helps anyone who is struggling or in crisis.

The winner of the £2million Omaze Million Pound House Draw in Devon will get the keys to a contemporary, four-bedroom house near the picturesque coastal town of Exmouth.

It is complete with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and coastline, a guest annexe as well as a heated swimming pool.

The property comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered and the Grand Prize Winner is also given a whopping £250,000 in cash to help them settle in.

They can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multi-millionaire. 

If the winner decides to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of £4,000 per month.

As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multi-millionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Devon, will raise money for CALM.

Someone in the UK dies by suicide every 90 minutes. It’s now the leading cause of death for young people and men under 50.

CALM's services have never been needed more. Its suicide prevention helpline answers a call every 59 seconds. 

The charity says that answering so many calls is a constant challenge.

The money raised from the partnership with Omaze will fund CALM's suicide prevention helpline to help more people find hope and a reason to stay, keeping more families and loved ones together.

The Omaze partnership is backed by comedian and CALM patron, Romesh Ranganathan.

Omaze has guaranteed CALM a minimum donation of £1 million from the partnership.

In addition to winning the Grand Prize, people who enter online by midnight on Sunday 13th October (Tuesday 15th October for postal) are also in with the chance of winning both a Porsche Cayenne worth over £100,000 and a Porsche Boxster worth over £70,000.

There is also an additional £100,000 cash prize up for grabs in the Monthly Subscriber Cash Draw, for Omaze subscribers spending £20 or more. Subscribers are also eligible to enter the July Subscriber Exclusive Flash Draw, for the chance to win £10,000 a month, every month, for a year.
