Hundreds of homes in Exmouth and Honiton have been left without power after an outage on Thursday (October 10).

A total of 584 homes in Withycombe are affected by this outage. National Grid's website predicts the incident will be resolved by 4pm today (Thursday). The outage was first reported at around 11.30am. 

National Grid say this is a 'High Voltage' situation which means these incidents tend to be larger, 'affecting the wider area and could mean your neighbours are off supply too'.

Around 100 homes in Honiton have also been out of power since Tuesday evening (October 9). This is an Low Voltage incident which tend to be smaller, more localised and could be why some of your neighbours still have power.

They estimate the problem will be resolved by 4pm today (Thursday October 10).

The following postcodes is affected by this incident: EX14 2UA, EX14 2UG, EX14 2XE, EX14 2XF, EX14 2XL, EX14 3TX.
