THE Caramel boutique in Exmouth hosted a charity fashion show, which was described by the local community as a “huge success”.
Sarah Simcock and her team at Caramel boutique are now calling themselves “seasoned pro’s at creating the perfect evening of fashion” after receiving positive feedback from the night.
The fashion show, which was an intimate event with only a limited 50 tickets available, offered Caramel boutique shoppers the opportunity to get a glimpse of the new AW24 “must-have pieces” and key season colours.
With 100% of the evenings ticket and raffle sales going to charity, the Caramel team helped raise £980 for local charity Open Door.
With many businesses and the boutique’s own suppliers supporting the bi-annual event by donating "dazzling" raffle prizes, there was anticipation for the night's raffle draw.
Sarah Simcock, founder and owner of Caramel, said: "The charity raffle is always a huge part of the evening and tickets for this go on sale prior to the event for those not able to make it on the night.
“Our gorgeous models did a fantastic job and looked amazing showcasing the latest Caramel pieces - all of the models are our friends and regular Caramel shoppers, so we really appreciate them giving up their time for the evening.
“The support for the event from generous local businesses and customers is amazing - everyone in the community really enjoys the evening and it’s the perfect time to get the girls together too."
Throughout the evening guests sipped on complimentary bubbly as they were shown the new collections and given tips on how to style the latest trends - shoppers were then given an exclusive "on the night discount" plus a free gift.
Sarah added: "Feedback has been great.
"Our customers love seeing the new season clothes and getting outfit inspiration - although the evening is not just about fashion, it’s also about coming together with friends, having fun and helping to raise money for an amazing cause in a lovely, relaxed environment."
