The Devon County Show is offering early-bird tickets this Christmas.

The show, first held in 1872, takes place every May and is the largest showcase for farming and agriculture in the county.

The three-day event is known for offering a variety of activities, making it a memorable day out for people of all ages.

Visitors can get close to thousands of animals, watch livestock competitions, and enjoy fun fairs.

There are also opportunities to taste fine food produced in the region, watch show jumping, and browse hundreds of trade stands.

The showground also offers the chance to enjoy a pint or two of real ale.

These early-bird tickets come as a limited offer, allowing family and friends to experience the festive spirit of the Devon County Show.

The tickets can be purchased online.

Alternatively, the Devon County Agricultural Association, the charity behind the show, is offering an annual membership as a gift option.

This membership, which can be paid by direct debit, provides a VIP experience at the Devon County Show.

This includes entry to the showground on all three days, access to the members’ pavilion, seating in the covered grandstand, and more.

The membership package can be purchased online.

The Devon County Show is more than just an event; it is a celebration of the county’s rich agricultural history and a chance to create lasting memories.

The early-bird tickets and membership packages are limited, so people are encouraged to secure theirs soon.

The show, which was first founded in 1872, has grown to become the biggest shop window for farming and agriculture in the county, making it a unique gift idea.

His Majesty, The King is the patron of the show and last visited the show in 2005, when he was Prince of Wales.
