A Santa Cycle and Cruise event is set to raise funds for cancer patients.
The FORCE Cancer Charity’s Santa Cycle and Cruise will take place on November 24.
The event will see cyclists in Santa suits travelling a six-mile route along the Exe Estuary Trail, starting at Exmouth Town Football Club’s Southern Road ground at 10.30am.
The ride will finish on Topsham Quay, where the Sounds Choir will greet the participants with festive tunes.
They will then board a Stuart Line Cruises boat for a trip down the River Exe, back to Exmouth.
Chloe Richardson, from the FORCE fundraising team, said: "It’s a really special event that’s fun for all the family.
"Even if you’re not cycling, why not come on down to see all our amazing Santas in Exmouth, Topsham or on the cycle path.
"Give them a wave and a ho-ho-ho – they’ll really appreciate your support and it may just get you into the festive spirit too."
The cost of registration is £20 for adults and £10 for children, which includes a Santa outfit, the Stuart Line Cruise, a mince pie, mulled wine or a soft drink, and a treat from Santa for the children.
There will also be a Christmas sing-song, led by Chris Back from the band The Dockneys.
The event has raised more than £40,000 in the past, which has helped the charity to continue supporting patients and their families as they come to terms with a cancer diagnosis.
