Exmouth Town Council and the Exmouth Branch of The Royal British Legion announce when the annual Remembrance Sunday service will take place in the town.
Veterans, residents, local businesses and organisations are invited to the annual Remembrance Sunday parade and service in the Strand on Sunday November 10.
Remembrance Sunday is a national opportunity to remember the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.
It's a time to remember the Armed Forces, and their families, from Britain and the Commonwealth, and the lives lost by emergency service personnel.
Exmouth Town Council posted on Facebook the full information for the event.
The Parade will be formed up by Parade Marshal, Lt (SCC) Sarah Andrews, on Imperial Road at 10.25am and will proceed along Victoria Road into the Strand for the commencement of the service at 10:50am.
Councillor Joe Whibley (Mayor of Exmouth), Neil Gregory (Chairman of the Royal British Legion), Reverend Steve Jones and Roger Bourgein (Town Crier) will lead the service at the War Memorial with the assistance of members of the Royal British Legion.
