The countdown has begun for the 2024 Exmouth Winter Festival, with events throughout the town centre and The Strand.
It takes place on Saturday 30th November, timed to mark the start of Advent on December 1, organisers say it will be a 'joyful celebration of light.'
Local choirs welcomed to perform include East Devon Rock Choir and La La Choirs, as well as youngsters from Talent Box, Exmouth Youth Theatre and Centre Stage.
There will be walkabout entertainment from Flokki the polar bear, Blizzard the penguin, and the Thawed stilt walkers.
There will be some gazebos with craft activities and some bright ideas about how to have a more sustainable Christmas.
The lantern parade will process from Holy Trinity Church through the town centre to the Strand, featuring lots of hand made lanterns and led by the sounds of the Little Big Horns.
Then we'll switch on the lights for the town square Christmas Tree.
A spokesman added: "You will also have an opportunity to look around the shops and think about buying your Christmas gifts from our brilliant local businesses.
"We hope you can join us for this very festive event."
