Aldi is asking Devon shoppers to nominate charities for a share of its Winter Fund.
The supermarket chain plans to donate £10,000 nationwide to help support communities in the lead-up to Christmas.
Aldi representatives will review the nominations, and the selected charities will receive cash donations to help them cope with increased demand over the winter period.
Shoppers can nominate a charity by emailing aldiwinterfund@citypress.co.uk with the organisation's name, location, and a brief explanation of why they deserve to win.
Liz Fox, national sustainability director at Aldi UK, said: "The winter period can be an incredibly challenging time for many people across the country and we are committed to doing everything we can to support those in need.
"We hope our shoppers can help us identify charities that could benefit from this donation to continue the incredible work that they do to help their local communities."
Entries open on Monday, November 11, 2024, and close on Sunday, November 24, 2024.
For more information and terms and conditions, visit the Aldi press centre website.
Shoppers can also donate food to charities, food banks, and community groups via the community donation points in Aldi stores nationwide.
