EXMOUTH Beach Boys were involved in a thrilling Passmore Carpenters, Sunday League Division Three game that saw them share ten goals with The Heavitree.

Trailing by three goals the Beach kept plugging away and when young Matt Lidstone notched his fifth goal in three games the side were right back in the contest.

Russell Frost and Ian Boyd then completed the comeback but, from being on level terms, the Beach again slipped behind.

An Ian Boyd penalty once more restored parity but some bad defending hit the side and yet again they found themselves trailing by the odd goal.

However, Mark Dobrejevic was on hand to tuck away what proved to be the final goal of an enthralling contest to leave both sides deservedly taking something out of the game.
