Sam Kelly notched up another local multi-terrain victory in the Dalwood 3 Hills 10-Mile Race that started and finished in the charming East Devon village of Dalwood. Sam was joined by eleven Exmouth Harriers in the unique running event that took the runners on a hilly, multi-terrain course that weaved through the scenic landscape and rural roads between Axminster and Honiton.
The race had to be slightly shortened to 9.5 miles on the day due to some localised flooding but that didn’t stop Sam finishing the tough course that included over 1,500 feet of elevation gain in an amazing time of 64.42. Sam was joined by Dave Stone, Adrian Barton, Terry McKie, Scott Jordan, Bob Keast, Louise Hempstead, Susan Hill, Nicola Kelly, Harriet Lyons, Lisa Boyd and Laura Walton.
