Budleigh Salterton Croquet Club trounces rivals to win the League Block at Camerton and Peasedown.
The Budleigh team savoured near-perfect weather conditions while attending their last match in the South block of the South West Croquet Federation Level Play 5 plus League on September 28.
They won 18-2, and are now slated to vie against the winners of the North block - either Swindon or Bath.
The club hosted refreshments throughout the day, even featuring bacon & cheese turnovers on arrival.
The match was hard fought with 12 of the 16 games being decided on the 12th or 13th(final) hoop.
Budleigh won all of their matches in this league playing against Dowlish Wake (away), Taunton Deane (home) another squad from Camerton and Peasedown (home) and Sidmouth (away).
