Budleigh Salterton F.C Veterans Reds experienced a bitter defeat against Stoke Hill Veterans, losing 3-2 in the final minute of the game.
This bittersweet result followed a victory by the men's 2nds team on September 7.
Players Danny Williams and Adam Turner scored for the Veterans Reds, but sadly it wasn't enough.
The following week offers home games for BSFC 1st and 2nd against Newtown on September 11, 7.30pm and Sidmouth Town 3rd on September 14, 3pm respectively, and an away game for the women's team against Bradworthy on September 15, 2pm.
