Starting at Dorset's Hardy Monument at 6.35am on Saturday, they navigated the South Dorset Ridgeway to Osmington, then the South West Coast Path.

The route included challenging elevations and iconic views of Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove.

The pair completed the 62.46-mile course, with more than 8,000 feet of elevation gain, at Rempstone near Corfe Castle, just under 19 hours after beginning.

Despite missing one of the last cut-off points, the duo continued to the finish.

Meanwhile, Tom Packer and Chris Dupain participated in the Eden Project Half Marathon, Cornwall's largest running event, on Sunday morning.

Tom placed 27th overall, completing the race in 1.38.29, and was fourth in the M40 category.

Chris finished 39th in a time of 1.42.26, ranking seventh in the M40 category.

Known for its relatively flat course, the 26.2-mile race saw Hannah finishing in 3.14.37, placing 289th overall.

In very windy conditions, she was the 22nd female finisher and sixth in the W45 category.

Despite the storm, the Harriers showed resilience and determination, successfully completing all events.

Their participation highlights their dedication to the sport, even in challenging conditions, showcasing the spirit of the running community.

The weekend's events demonstrated not only physical endurance but also the mental fortitude required to tackle long-distance running, particularly in adverse weather conditions.
